Andy Jones
Andy JonesDirector
Andy honed his rigorous approach to defining and measuring impact and social/environmental value creation via his extensive experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, most recently as Director of Group Sustainability at Amcor Ltd. As a CSR and sustainability specialist, Andy developed and implemented performance management and reporting frameworks for a wide range of non-financial impacts and established metrics and indicators for both specific outcomes and consolidated reporting. Andy has implemented monitoring and evaluation frameworks in not-for-profit and research organisations and he has prepared impact and sustainability reports, which have received industry recognition.

Andy has extensive experience leading multi-stakeholder projects in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, working with stakeholders from a wide range of professional and cultural backgrounds. His collaborative approach and facilitation skills have ensured the incorporation of diverse stakeholder perspectives and organisational support for the implementation of programs and initiatives in small and large organisations.

Andy’s iterative approach to the development, implementation and ongoing refinement of organisational initiatives draws on his experience of Toyota’s continuous improvement culture and ultimately led to industry recognition of Amcor Ltd.’s Group Sustainability Strategy. His emphasis on leveraging organisational expertise and building organisational capability has embedded impact measurement frameworks and programs in not-for-profit and private sector organisations.

Andy is a B Corp Ambassador and also a Training Facilitator with Monash Sustainable Development Institute, where he facilitates the delivery of the Green Steps organisational change training programs.
