Adrian is a seasoned organisational and program strategist with information systems and engagement expertise in social and environmental sustainability programs across not-for-profit, government, research, and private sectors. He has designed and implemented reporting solutions for Victorian Government grant programs, and policy and industry engagement for Monash University.

Adrian has fine-tuned his craft to harness new technology for real-time continuous improvement in achieving program outcomes. By combining his passion for technology, sustainability and human behaviour, Adrian has delivered measurable social and environmental outcomes in the private and not-for-profit sectors.

Adrian earned a Master in Sustainability and MBA from Monash, and Master in Communication from RMIT, where he developed behaviour change engagement frameworks. His qualifications are supported by training in data analysis, Agile project management and Monitoring and Evaluation.
